On 8/10/21 Raymond Browman bought a neclace from me on e bay then he said he never received it, after prooving by tracking #9410808205497482413878 usps.com that he did on 8/12/21. He then filed a report to his credit card bank that it was not as described. They informed him to return the Necklace, He did not! In my book that is theft by fraud and mail theft, I asked e bay to help and they said he was "no longer a registered user" on e bay.
So here i am out $1400 dollars. Watch out for this crook in lithonia Georgia, Someone said he works at a Baptist church in Lithonia? I filed criminal charges 9/20/21 Beware of this guy....

After finaly contacting this gentleman, he has convinced me that the package was taken by his mail carrier. I do believe him, So i realize why he didnt want to pay for something he didnt receive. Ray is sincere and a gentleman, Even though i am out $1400 i believe his story, Mike Azzarella
