Please be aware of any businesses associated with Ray Wirta. I invested most of my family's money with rich uncles and was very happy for about five years as they were paying me a good return on my money for a real estate read. Ray wirta Who was president at care was the founder of Rich Uncles and said that he started this Company to help his kids college friends invest in real estate. Little did we know behind the scenes he was planning to take the company public And not through normal channels. The whole thing was a big rip off and rich uncles was just the preparation for it. My shares in the company were we’re up about 30% and doing well over a five year period. He brought in Aaron halfacre to take the company public and when that happened we lost all control of our money and we’re not able to get any of it out as we saw bad things coming. So when it went public my shares value is now worth about 25% of my original $300,000 investment of my families money. Doing some research I see Ray Wirtas net income has increased from about 20,000,000 to 72,000,000 in the last three years Since going public. This was a pump and dump scam and it hurt many people. I even sent him an email at CBRE to see if he could help me recoup my losses and explained exactly what happened, which he already knew. But there was no mercy. If you go on Yahoo finance and type in motiv The ticker is MDV and if you read below in the comments it will talk about rich uncles and the scam that they pulled. you will see what I’m talking about. It is the same thing Jeffrey Milken did. Many families were hurt very badly By him and Aaron halfacre. this happened Over a few months and many people were trying to get their money out before they went public. And they basically told us tough. and they would not allow us to take our money out before they went public. We were essentially held hostage by these ruthless sharks. All I have to say is Ray Wirta and Aaron Halfacre make a lot of money but good luck in the hereafter you con men!

Updated title because i Was reminded by another fellow investor Who also lost his money, about one more person involved so Needed to add Harold Makler. And removed some company names that are associated with the three persons named in complaint. Updated title should be complete now! Thanks
