Ray Skillman Hyundai West Service Dept Personal property stolen from dealership workers Indianapolis Indiana
I received service from this service department of this dealership and had jewlery stolen out of my vechical that someone would literally would have to rummage through my vechical to find. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. The customer service is a joke in the Hyundai Service area. The dealership hids behind their clause of not being responsible for anything left in your vechical to their staff. Well if the dealership has recording stating we want your business and we are excellent service blah blah blah but doesn't stand behind who they are and who they hire.
Then can you really trust the dealership and even when speaking to the GM of this Jeff and Scott dealership it was sad. When you spend your hard earned money you worked for then to allow a dealership to steal from you and nothing in return then I think you need to look at the dealership. Trusting the dealership means you trust them to do good work and provide good aservice which is not something that can be said about this dealership Ray Skillman Hyundai West. I HAD TO CONSTANTLY CALL ON THE STATUS OF MY VECHICAL and always got and incorrect answer. Why ??I'm paying you to fix my vechical and that communication and being respectful of the customers that trust you with their vechical. And then what should have taken a few weeks took a month and a half then after getting my vechical from service dept. only to find out your service staff has gone through my vechical with sticky finger and have stolen out of my vechical and the only thing you can tell the customer ..OH I'M SORRY THAT WHY WE HAVE THAT CLAUS IN OUR SERVICE CONTRACT BECAUSE YOUR STAFF STEALS..NO ANYTHING ELSE...
CUSTOMERS BEWARE ....Save time and money and trust who you let service your car..this dealership...

Save your money and take your car to a dealership that stands behind their name because this one does not.
But KARMA IS A B. so be careful who you do things to because it comes back two fold all the time.
