Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Rallye BMW has the worse customer service we have ever dealt with. My wife brought her 2015 BMW M6 for the 4th time to repair the driveshaft and rear differntial. Which the driveshaft was recalled. The vehicle has only 52,000 miles. They are claiming my wife abused the car and did 144 smokie burnouts there words. When we asked for supporting documnetation they sent a snap shot that made no sense. It has no times or dates.

Again this is my wifes car which both of us have a clean licenses and the vehicle only has 52,000 miles and we just put a new set of tires on the car. Pretty sure if she did 144 smokie burnouts we would of had to change our tires a little more frequently.

Chirs Blanco tried to state that there was abuse on the vehicle and claimed there was rubber splatter on the struts. After 5 weeks of not willing to fix the car under warranty we had the vehicle picked up from Rallye. The Sales manager came out to the tow truck driver Ed and said you have to see the s**t show underneath this car. This woman really beat the car. So Ed being curios to see what Mr. Blanco had claimed. Asked before we took the car off the flatbed if we can check it out. We both looked underneath and in fact videoed in disbelief. The 4 year old BMW M6 actually still looks brand new. No splatter no nothing. WE were actully shocked.

I've read a couple of reports that they have been known to be racially bias which I hope is not the case with my wife. She's Puerto Rican and African American. I had reached out to my attorney and he stated that Rallye is the worse. It's not just me there very arogant to and treat you like a 2nd class citizen. Considering my attorneys pretty well to do I was surprised to hear.

Wish they would of just done the right thing and made the repair under the extended warranty that the car has. But I guess the 3k to 4k for the repair is way more important then a loyal customer like my wife and I. Never mind the 1,000s of contact we have. We would recommend that anyone on Long Island if you need your BMW serviced avoid Rallye BMW of Westbury and Habberstad of Huntington. We have had great experiances with BMW of Freeport and Smithtown BMW.  Even if it is out of the way it's worth the trip.

North American BMW is just as bad as it's dealers. They take weeks to respond. It's been 7 weeks my wifes car is iut of service and in that time BMW North America responded 3 times taking several weeks with each response. Someone pinch me and please tell me I'm dreaming. Please if you've had any bad experiances post on here. Hoping that other indivduals do not have to experience what my wife and I have.

You hit the nail on the head. The best part is you only see mostly 5 star comments under there dealer survey dealerrater.com I’m assuming I will make that my next report. I filed to surveys in regards to Rallye BMW and they both were rejected. Hum I wonder why. Lol So yeah another scam from Rallye. They must pay big time to keep bad reviews off. Oh well unlike a door matt I will no go away and in fact am trying to get a class action lawsuit against them. If not best case for them is small claims after what they did to her. She actually did get a bleeding ulcer from all this. Thx for the reply.

First of all, you should have done your homework and you would have seen used BMW's are a well known money pit. It is SO BAD, reputable dealers will NOT sell them! Now onto the other real problem here. The Sleazy American Car Business is FULL of FRAUD and DECEPTION! When it comes to warranty work, they will do anything to slime their way out of their responsibility AS YOU HAVE SEEN. The manufacture doesn't care. Even though their name is on the dealership signs and paperwork, they will try to weasel their way out by saying they have no power over an independent business. Your only hope here is small claims court. Don't give yourself an ulcer trying to deal with the trashy slimeballs at the dealership level. They will do whatever they can to RUN from what they promised you in a warranty. They think you are too stupid and too much of a door mat to do anything and that you will simply either go away or pay whatever they are trying to TAKE from you and that's a FACT! Why not show them otherwise???
