On November 19, 2021, I signed up for a Ecomm online mentorship course. The course was for a 12 months mentorship in which I would a group chats with Rafael Cintron and his 6 figure student Ryan, Rafael’s full time assistant and 5 Shopify ex-employees.

The contract, list a number of services that I would have access to, including over two hundred instructional videos I would have to watch. The contract that, I signed stated that I (the client) shall pay the initial client fee to The Company for the right to enter the agreement and in consideration of the New Client Business:$5,000. The terms of the fee payment are as follows: I (the client) will pay $ 2,000 down, payments of $500 on 12/22/21 and 1/22/22, client won’t pay final $2,000 until after they’ve made $10,000 in profit.

They asked me how much money I had? After disclosing that I had about $1,500 they (Scott Willmarth) offer, what they thought was the best package for me. A charge of $2,000 was made, I got the course link and the Facebook chat group access.

I proceded to watch the introduction videos, when I started to have problems with some of them playing. The following day Oct. 20, I reached out on Facebook group chat to ask if anyone had experience this issue. Rafael Cintron, replied and say another studient had the same problem before, and that he just switch to another browser. I did that and had the same results, them I tried two more and got the same result. Week two videos presented the same issues.

At this point, I was frustrated, so I call my credit card company on October 22, to dispute the charge of $2,000. After running back and forth, with the card company, they told me that, I had to work it out with the merchant.

The merchant and owner of Automated Dropshipping, Rafael Cintron is refusing, to giving me refund. He said, If I give you a refund now I rather just quit doing everything I do since I’m not helping you with your goals. All that I want, is for him, to refund the $2000 back, because I’m not taking the course and didn’t use his services.
