Quora A quote from the Quora website Space Master, Paul Reid, and several others harassed and threatened me! Mountain View California
On January 12th, 2021, I subscribed to Quora because I like to ask questions and I like to discover new information about subjects that I enjoy reading about! I made the mistake I guess of posting my picture on Quora. I am a female in my mid 30s, but I didn't think just by posting a pic that I would be harassed by several men!
So anyway, I asked a few questions about some things that are going on in the county in which I live. Things which according to the state statute of Oklahoma are illegal such as animal torture, deer poaching, police corruption.. etc.
The next day I checked my Quora question and it changed! Instead of my original question it had very few details, and was very vague! My original question had important details such as who, what when and where! Now it only asked a vague question and asked why at the end of the question!
I noticed there was an option to revert back to the original question which I clicked on that option! Five minutes later I got an email saying Quora has changed my original question! I checked and the subscriber who changed it was "Space Master". So once again I reverted it back to my original question! Once again five minutes later it had changed again by "Space Master". Space Master also sent me a messaging saying "You don't own your question, and it can be changed at anytime by anyone" Space Master also remarked that I really need to familiarize myself with the rules of Quora!
Once again I reverted my question back and this time I blocked Space Master! A subscriber named Paul Reid sent me a messaging saying that blocking him won't stop him from changing the question! Then he sent me a private message saying "If you keep it up, I'll have to curse you!" That is a threat! I don't care if it's not a physical body threat, it frightened me!! When I clicked on his profile it said that he's into Witchcraft and has been for the past 48 years!
I reverted my question back to its original question and I got a message from another man asking if I was single! Then another man who made sexually suggestive innuendos! Then I received a message from Admin that said "The Constitution of the United States doesn't apply to Quora and Quora doesn't allow freedom of speech!"
I kept getting bombarded with messages! Admin also sent another message saying that I can't block the Admin and blocking doesn't prevent others from changing my original question!
At that point I deleted my account! However, my original questions that I asked are still up on the site and a few have been changed by Paul Reid and others!
If you're a female and you're searching for a site to ask questions AVOID QUORA! Unless you enjoy being bombarded with sexually suggestive messages and threats from not just regular subscribers, but the Admin as well!!
