We bought the system in jan 2000 and started having problems with the printer in jul of the same year. We tried to get in touch with the company but to no prevail did this happen.
So we took the printer to have it repaired and was told that it was not worth repairing. The Quantex company should have stood up to the warranty or obiligation of making the consumer happy but didn't do so. So what we would like is the Company to pay us form the replacement of the printer which was 200.00.
