I WAS A VICTIM OF JASON OF PURRFECT AUTO SERVICE TOO. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY FORD EXPLORER NOT SHIFTING SO I TOOK IT TO PURRFECT AUTO ON EASTERN. AFTER $1,200 OF REPAIRS, MY TRUCK STILL DID THE SAME THING. THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THAT THEY ONLY FIXED THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND CLAIMED THEY NEVER TEST DROVE MY TRUCK. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS ADMISSION OF GUILT? THE MANAGERS AT THE TIME WERE HUTCH AND JASON. FUNNY THING IS, 3 DAYS AFTER I GOT MY TRUCK BACK, THEY WERE ALL OVER THE NEWS. THIS JASON GUY WAS CONFRONTED ON LIVE TV ABOUT WHY UNNECESSARY REPAIRS WERE DONE TO THE TV STATION'S UNDERCOVER VEHICLE. HE LOOKED LIKE A CAT THAT SWALLOWED THE CANARY. AT THE TIME I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, BUT NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. IT'S MIND BOGGLING TO ME WHY THESE PEOPLE ARE STILL IN BUSINESS, I FOR ONE WILL NEVER RETURN TO PURRFECT AUTO SERVICE.
