Avoid this auto repair shop at all costs. Danny was the supervising mechanic for our car. There were several issues that needed to be addressed from an oil leak to a malfunctioning sunroof. He worked on our car off and on over the course of a few weeks to have these items fixed. During the course of all of this we caught him in several lies regarding the price of parts. He tried to upcharge parts by several hundred dollars on more than one occassion. Luckily we called the dealer directly to find out the actual cost of the parts and confronted him with this information.

He lied and stated that issues were fixed and then we found out they weren't fixed and had to confront him on this. He charged us for parts to go on the car, but then would not and could not show us proof that the part had actually been put on the car, and refused to show us the receipts showing that he had in fact purchased the parts. He also told us that he took our car to another shop to look at some of the needed repairs to see if they could repair them (which they didn't) however he did not obtain our permission or authorization to do this.

Then on the final day he and his team presented us with a trumped up charge list including items that we had already paid for. When we confronted him and his staff on the errors and miscalculations, none of them could even explain the charges or how they came up to final price. We had been paying him over the course of the transactions, one job at a time, and at the end they tried to double-charge us! We ended up spending almost $4000 in repairs over the course of a few weeks!

To make matters worse on the final day when we picked up our car we discovered a new problem with the cars suspension system. We immediately took the car back to the shop and Danny refused to face us to talk to us, and instead sent one of his junior mechanics to talk to us to say that they were not going to look at the car or be responsible for the NEW issue that occurred while in their shop. For all we know this new problem occurred when he took or car without permission to another shop. We are in the process of reclaiming our funds and reporting them to the Attorney General. They need to be out of business.

Avoid this shady business.
