We bought online air ticket for Tokyo,Japan last 9 February 2016 returning on 15 February 2016 with Priceline.com, trip number 108-418-872-91 purchase date 27 January 2016 paid by visa billing name Mrs Milagros B. Ticket cost $510.00 + $39.20 Taxes & fees for each person, 2 tickets total of $ 1,098.40, confirmation number YMEYAN ,ANA All Nippon Airways 1-800-235-9262. Manila, Philippines - Tokyo, Japan, Tokyo, Japan - Manila Philippines.Passenger ticket information Milagros Bxxxx ticket number 2057788965081 Manila - Tokyo, Tokyo- Manila 2057788965081, Mr H Bxxxx ticket number Manila -Tokyo 2057788965079, Tokyo - Manila 2057788965079. Knowing everything in or order with this confirmation we just traveled from Manila - Tokyo on the 9 FEbruary 2016 but n our return the departure date was wrong it was dated for 15 Marh 2016 not the same date we booked. So we have to buy new tickets for our return on the 15 February 2016 that cost us more £947.19 per person total of £1,894.38, please we kindly need your help for this matter to refund our money for their mistake. We asked the ombudsman but they said they cannot doanything because it is not in in UK territory. Looking forward to hear from you and for your kind attention to this matter.
