These guys are total CROOKS! I have sent them over SEVEN requests over the last month and they REFUSE to even bother to reply, and I am out-of-pocket $872.40!


I emailed Priceline on 6/15/2015 and on 6/20/2015, I sent them a video clip <IMG_0240.MOV>  showing how their website changed my "Leaving Date" after I entered it correctly along with my explanation, with NO reply from them! Here is a copy of just ONE of my emails:


"SECOND REQUEST: It has been 5 days now; will you please give me the  common courtesy and decency of a reply?Message sent via priceline.com website on 6/15/2015 at 10:32pm   My Trip Number is  #101-865-204-25: from the video of your app you can see for yourself that it was due to YOUR error.


On 5/6/2015 I booked a round-trip flight for two from Tucson, AZ to Orlando, FL with a Sep. 26 "Leaving" date and an Oct. 3 "Returning" date for DisneyWorld.  After selecting the dates, I tapped "Search" and booked the flight that appeared,  Note that I carefully selected Sep. 26 for "Leaving" from the pop-up calendar on your app,  and I checked and saw the correct date on the screen. I then selected Oct. 3 for "Returning" and hit the "Search" button.  However, I never expected your app to change and force a wrong "Leaving" date aftervthat! It changed the Sep. 26 date that I had selected, to Oct.3 !!! I just found out today when I read the change/update you sent me yesterday, that our "Leaving" date had become Oct. 3, the same day as the "Leaving" date!? Only when I used your chat and subsequently called, did I first learn that during the booking process, your system forced the error. I could not understand how that error came about until I tried making a reservation with your app again today just to try to figure out how the error came about. I took a video clip of how your app forces the error; see and listen to the attached.  Since it was YOUR APP that forced the error, do you think it is right for you to charge us $400 and another $60 to make the correction, to leave Tucson on Sep. 26 and return from Orlando on Oct. 3 ?"
