i was robbed by this establishment on January 1,2014. I ordered food at a total of 24.95 and the food arrived four hours late and freezing cold, i spoke to the manager and she said not to worry i wouldnt be charged. Since they had my creditcard information they decided to charge me anyways.

i am completely apauled by the fact that they stole this money from me and eight months later i have yet to see a refund. i have called dozens of times and by now ( i am sure you would agree) that i deserve i compensation for punitive damages and emotional distress.  the manager does not move a finger in order to help me therefore i need third party assitance.the manager was incredibly rude, and she needs to be fired immediately. never give this establishment your credit card information they might steal your money to.

The question was not whether you could prove you made an order, the question was can you prove they promised a refund. That's a little different.

They did not steal money, you got a product for your money, you just didn't like the product.

It's always possible they will still refund you something to shut you up but don't count on it. Especially the absurd and embarassing pain and suffering thing.

Ridiculous.

Not Hard to Believe Pizza Hut does not honor refunds.

What's so hard to believe about Pizza Hut promising a refund?  You are obviously a naive human being.  Companies offer refunds all the time, except that other companies actually honor it, PIZZA HUT DOES NOT.  You also asked if I can prove the Order? Ofcourse, do you not know anything about how companies work either? There are records of all orders placed. I dont know why you would comment if you are obviuosly not knowledgeable of how businesses run or operate.  Do you have anything else to add because you are coming off as an idiot.

Sorry but your complaint falls on deaf ears. You CLAIM that you made an order, the problem is THIS. YOU ORDERED THIS ON JANUARY 1st!!!!. EVERYONE is hung-over and its a VERY busy time of year. So your "Victimization" is soley from the FACT that YOU ordered a pizza on a day that they were overloaded. Sometimes this issues happen. When life gives you cold pizza, you toss it in the microwave. YOU still recieved a pizza. Hot or cold doesnt MATTER!!!! YOU received the product in question, they charge your card. Sounds simple right??

As others have suggested, you needed to dispute these charges IF you felt that the cold pizza was a deal breaker. If you did not dispute the charge on the card, then YOU probably DONT have a credit card and its a debit card with a credit card logo. You still have the right to dispute the charge. Unfortunatly, YOUR slacking has lead to this.

After all this time YOU wont be getting a refund. Its been too long. You MAY get some assistance with the corporate customer resolution dept. But after all that time, not guessing they are going to do much for you. As for your "claim" of pain and suffering, maybe you should know that you MUST prove your pain and suffering. You received a cold pizza, not a pizza filled with rat droppings or razor blades. It was simply cold. WE ALL KNOW YOU HEATED IT UP AND ATE IT!! You cant play the victim when YOU ate the product in question. You and I both know WHY you are making this complaint. YOU want a free pizza and you are sure that by making a ONLINE review over the situation, YOU expect them to just give you something for nothing. You pizza was simply cold and that is all.

The only pain and suffering I see is that you had to reheat your pizza. This is NOT a tragedy and it is SOLEY due to the fact that you ordered on a day that is traditional the best day for at home delivery. I feel YOU are over reacting and over dramatizing in order to make yourself a better online victim. Since there are always 3 sides to every situation, we can safely assume that YOUR side is heavily weighted to favor YOU. Maybe get over it since you know its just life.

Cold pizza?? You have got to be kidding me.  How selfish can you be?? I suggest you volunteer at a homeless shelter and see what real pain and suffering is.

Sorry, I do not agree that you are entitled to anything at all except what they said they woud refund (if indeed they told you anything).

Can you prove that they did?

You come across as just silly.

Be very sure that the statement about Pizza Hut stealing is 100% correct.  You can call (305) 247-7371 and talk to the current night shift manager.  They might though, tell you they cannot comment on a pending investigation.   Point is that you (that commented above)  do not know how to read and are misinterpreting my complaint.  I am reporting them for stealing money from me and not delivering a cold pizza.

They said not to worry i will not be charged a dime but yet three days later they decided to charge me the entire order simply because they had my credit card information.  I called over ten times about getting my money returned and some times they would say yes but to this day i have not received it.  What do you call that? Theft.

Pizza Hut in Homestead, FL does not care about returning customers nor returning money.

I promise you this though, no matter the amount of money. they will not get away with this.  I have filed complaints with the FTC and BBB already.  This place needs to be shutdown!

- Don't be so surprised if you don't have a ground swell of support for that.  As this report makes you come off looking like one huge pain and if anything I am not surprised they haven't gone after you with a restaining order.

Seriously, they did not steal anything from you.   But if you want further confirmation of that go to your local police station and file a report.  But don't be surprised if they tell you the exact same thing.

You got a cold pizza, hardly the crime of a century.  But if you don't think you should pay for it then did you file a dispute with your credit card?  No?  Too bad as they might have taken care of it right there.  So why not file a small claims case for this "theft" and why not add in your Punitive Damages and Emotional distress.  It is fairly cheap to file a case and if you prevail you get these fees back.

I just hope you come back and post the docket number as well as the court location so that we can all follow it.
