 this company i ordered from online PINKLACEWIGS is the biggest scam, unprofessional joke I have ever known about. They took my money on March 15 of 2011 stating it would take 5-6 weeks to receive my wig.  I called them on May 1st to inquire about when i can expect my wig. The lady I spoke with told me she would have a manager call me back within two days. Three days later still nothing. No phone call, no email, nothing. On May tenth I called again and their voicemail came on so I left a very detailed message. The next two days I called again, (each day) so I left two more messages on their voicemail.  May 15th I sent them an email about how disappointment and upset I was with their unprofessionalism, and told them to cancel my order.

Today is May 31st and they are just now responding saying if they cancel they can only refund me 50% of my money, not offering any type of explanation for the delay, absolutely no apologetic tone and no consideration or thanks for doing business with them in the first place. On their website it says if an order takes longer than what is stated they would contact the customer, which they definitely did not do. In addition, my bank has already refunded me my money because they could not even get in touch with the company!!!
Please do not do business with them unless they want to just lose their money and never receive your hair.
