The site does not work. I have never been able to talk to my friend in prison, besides he never received my letters ???
When calling 1-800-323-9895, it's LONG-LONG ... and the staff is unprofessional, to see dishonest too.
They abuse the automatic credit card renewal, and the refund is almost impossible. Abuse of the sadness of people in prison is NOT PERMISSIBLE.

Usually, letters are shipped within 24 hrs and in most cases are shipped the same day. However, we will need to locate your account so we can look into the order that is in question. Please send us an email at [email protected] and we would be happy to help.
Also please keep in mind that our refund policy is simple so if you were charged incorrectly or if there is an issue with your service when you send us the info we will forward it to the appropriate department and they will correct the issue and refund the charges right away.
