On 12/31 I tried to order a product from PetsMart using their online ordering system. On that same day he discovered this company was trying to send me the incorrect item so i imediately called their toll free customer service number to cancel.  The rep told me he would take care of it by calling the local store the product was being sent from and cancel my order.

I was informed my online order had been cancelled and i would be issued a complete refund between 3-5 business days. This was acceptable so I waited.  After this time passed no refund appeared in my account only the status pending I called the same toll free customer service line talke to a different rep he stated he would check with the same store and i was now informed that the order had never been cancelled that's why no refund had been issued but he would take care of it.

Again i waited every day checking my account which still showed the pending status. Finally one morning those funds showed in my account but within a hour Petsmart charged me again so the funds were gone again! I never placed a second order only waiting for the refund on my original one! Since then I've wrote and called Petsmart numerous times literally begging for my money back and there's no one at this company that seems to know how to correct this issue and make sure I receive my refund in fact I'm receiving the impression that most of these employees really don't care.

Maybe they've already came to the conclusion how awful this company truly is! Today the funds popped into my account a second time but again Petsmart grabbed them back agai what a freaking hassle the worst retal company I've came across my entire life I just cancelled my debit card so in the hope the funds come back a third time it'll finally remain in my account what a awful company I hope they go out of business I'll tell everyone how bad they are!
