Pep Boys Hackensack HORRIBLE New Jersey
HORRIBLE. We were told a simple tire change an alignment would take 1 1/2 hours just to be fooled for the entirety of that time and still no one had worked on our vehicle. No one had the consideration to be honest with us about the immense delay. On top of that, we were lied to saying we could not apply for a credit card through the company because it was "too late" and then were tricked into believing we applied and were "rejected" only so that finally 3 hours later when we went to pay, another employee was able to get us approved without any pretext of it being late in the day to apply. Finally, we all we needed were our keys, we found out it was nearly 10pm and no one had completed the aligned of our car. So disappointing, and let's not even begin to describe the horrible attitude of some of the employees...
