This particular pep boys did work for my wifes car back on 4/7/17.After having the car in there a week prior and changing out hoses she brought up an issue with the AC (a clicking of doors behind the dash). We get the work done it comes out to close to $1100 and we got the warrenty on it as well to give us free labor if anything goes wrong. Fast forward 3 days the cars AC starts making the noise, my wife brings it back and explains to them, Eric (store manager) he simply tells her not to use the "AUTO SETTING" on the ac so it wont make noise.

My wife comes home upset given that as an answer there, we also noticed they didnt even reattach our dashboard (we have pictures of it as well). She then gets the sound on a camera recording and goes up there again, to be told to make an appointment. I then go up there and we listen to the noise and we are then told we will need to relace another part and close to another $400, and if that doesnt fix the issue they will then warrenty the part (that was incorrectly put in the first time). We told him we will have it looked at by another mechanic because the trust jsut wasnt there anymore with what was told to me wife.

I called the 1800 number and got a case going very soon after, but only to be told that they can only send an email to the right person, and cant give me a direct contact number or even an email, they just tell me to wait 24 hours, I have called this number now every day to 2 days seeking a resolve, and only to be answered by the same response. I am out of ideas i have called the Area director directly and left voicemails and havent recieved one phone call from pepboys at all regarding the matter. 

At this point Im just seeking a refund on the work that wasnt done so I can move on. I have put in countless hours trying to resolve this issue on the phone over the course of close to 2 months. Earl Davidson is the name of the person its been escalated to for a week or so now with no resolve yet as well.

Still no help after talking to the Area Director

OK so here it is well past 2 months with my issue and the area manager reaches out to me. asures me everything will be ok and a check will be cut to me. it will take about a week, and left me a number to reach him if any thing happens. well fast forwward a week and half and nothing, so i call the number he left only to find out its just another store in the area and they have no idea what im talking about and wont help me reach him. im now again back to square one still fighting for my money going on month 3 here soon..
