Ms.Brown makes assumptions and lashes out and does not remedy serious safety hazards. Upon being hired she has been hostile , made repairs exceedingly challenging, told someone to enter my garage, and lied to law enforcement to try to get me convicted of a very serious crime.
If someone is looking to hire someone that does not breach a tenants right to quiet enjoyment as well as, someone who takes care of hazards that could promote legal difficulties later- I'd recommend finding a different property manager.
She also accused me of having a dog, when I don't and nothing at my home signifies that, violated my privacy, insulted me and touched items in my house after touching my toilet and not washing her hands when I asked her not to do so. I have footage of this.

Kelly, please do keep posting all of your fake reviews. My property owners and I love them. I refuse to dignify your comments with anything more than this or feed into your ridiculousness. Again, you may have scared off the previous management company with yet more fake reviews against them, but we aren't going anywhere. Toodles!!!!

Why is it withinTHIRTY SECONDS, I found the Zelle limits for BOA Commercial accounts and YOU don't know what they are? Why did you need to go on line and check your balance? Do you not keep a business ledger? When was the last time you balanced this account? Looks like you need to hire somebody to properly manage your bookeeping as per your own admission, you haven't a clue, otherwise this would not have happened. What about a back up contingency account with Com-Data or someone similar? Of course, now's the time to play the blame game. Its NOT the fault of BOA if YOU don't have the common sense to READ the Terms and Conditions BEFORE you agree to them!
