My name is Wendy Saddler, and I am at my wits end with Netspend, Pay Pal, and their PayPal Pre-Paid MasterCard that I was given. I have had this card/checking account since 2013 and have been using it receive my SSD payments. Over the years, I've had minor issues that were easily solved, but this recent one has me and my husband VERY upset. Last month, the posting of my SSD direct deposit was delayed 20 minutes, from when it normally arrives. Just yesterday, it NEVER showed up!! I've been on the phone with Social Security, and they say that I am STILL getting it, I have been on the phone with my Netspend/PayPal prepaid to find out what is going on, and they say that everything is fine on their end, but I was told by a supervisor, that there are at least others who use them for their direct deposits that are experiencing the same thing. Can I take any legal action over this??
