The worst customer service ever!!!  PC is using COVID as an excuse to have 4 hour hold times on their phone line. Sat on their chat feature for over 2 hours and still had 96 people ahead of me. Emails are responded to that they cannot help you so call or use chat feature which have ridiculous wait times.

Every other company has figured out to keep business going during this pandemic except for PC. Beyond the crazy hold times, orders are delayed 7-8 weeks!!! They take your money right away but your product does not ship for 2 months---insane right???

After complaining on their FB page, I received a call from a manager in CS. Offered me 1 half price item of the 3 I earned. A multimillion dollar company that finds it appropriate to screw a party host. Had they been able to answer a call timely (I was on hold for 4 hrs once, chat 2+ hours) my issue could have been resolved a month ago and I would not be in this situation.

Hosts and buyers beware--as PC is not a reputable company anymore. Do not support Pampered Chef.
