Oxygen Builder Elijah Mills Met on Seeking Arrangements - Refused to Pay Me California

I met Elijah Mills about six months ago. He seemed really nice at first but hat turned into just a total illusion. Elijah Mills has a really strong foot fetish and offered me $3000 for really smelly feet. The check never cleared. Bounced and have gotten the run around from him since then.
Now I am pissed.
1. While I was with him he talked to someone named Louis(?). They spent a lof of time talknig about a security flaw?
2. Elijah Mills and this Louis used to spend a TON of time bragging about Oxygen Builder.
3. Elijah Mills and this Louis used to call their users Oxy-Morons and thought it was hilarious.

Oxygen Magazine I payed for a two year subscription and did not get my magazines because they went out of business. But, I still seen them on the shelves after my subcription stopped. Canada
