Oxmoor advertised a special grand opening price of $16,900 for a 2009 Camry LE. I purchased one during the sale hours on January 15, 2009. Jon Bowman handled the financing part of the sale and after listing a hodgepodge of additions and subtractions (auto care, service contract, rebate, special benefits package, filing fees tax, interest, delivery and documentation fee, down payment) neither my wife nor I noticed we had been overcharged $1289. I noticed the error the next day and called Jon Bowman. He said to come in the following Monday and he would take care of it. I have talked to five different people there that all agree that I was overcharged and I have the money coming but the money never came. Finally (after a month of the run around) I was told by sales manager Matt Storm and customer relations representative Brittany Thomas that the general manager is not going to return the money. They apologized but said there was nothing they could do.

Oxmoor Toyota Deception

Oxmoor Toyota Dealership is a very manipulative group of scam artists who will do whatever it takes to make you buy a car. They are masters at playing games with paperwork and they will tell any lie in the book to play a customer.  They are even better at making you think and feel like you were to blame for anything deceptive that they did.  If you feel like they ripped you off, then they did!

I am sorry you feel like you were ripped off but did you or your wife bother to read everything before signing the paperwork? The fees and total cost are stated in your contract... If you did not read and understand what you were agreeing to fully, then you were not ripped off. Please in the future take your time when signing anything. Best of luck.
