Oxmoor Toyota Liars, dishonest Louisville Kentucky
Oxmoor Toyota is now trying to act like they care. Well, Oxmoor, It's Too Late!! Maybe if you had actually cared intially, I might not have had to take futher action: made a compliant with the B B B and the attorney general's office.
You can try and erase my comments, but I will continue to post: the public has a right to know that some of your sales people should not still be employed with your dealership. There is no reason for a customer to be yelled at when they have questions. There is no reason for a customer to be called names and insulted.
