Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
They did what they needed to in order to make their sale: but their level of manipulation and abusive sales tacticts are disgusting to me.

I made it claer I was only looking. After a short test drive: where I really did not get a sense of how the car worked, the sales man started his pitch. After being treated like a stupid idiot, I started to walk out. The salesman apologized, stated he needed the sale, and asked what would make me stay.

After a long drawn out negotiation; I agreed on the sale if we could finance through my bank. The salesman said he'd rather I finance through the dealership, but was fine w/my wanting to go through my bank.

I went to see the dealer's finance guy: Ron Doak...the deal was horrible from here. Convieniently, the salesman was not avaialble to join us...when I began asking questions, the finance guy became annoyed and started to get louder. During our deal, he took a phone call from a friend about a party. I stated I was not happy with the numbers: amount to be financed was not was agreed upon w/the salesman. I was told, in a stearn voice, that the sale was final. I had already begun signing the contract, there was nothing he could do.

I sat on the lot for about 10 mins....sick to my stomach....I walked back in, only to be told no one was availabe to discuss the contract with me. Reluctantly,

I drove off the lot..and called back. I was told again: deal with it, the sale is complete.I expressed that I had concerns: The gas tank and trunk area were covered in dried mud....how could this have been missed on the 160 point certified inspection??(the dealership was preparing for Mario Lopez to arrive)

I called Wed...the finance guy was off...the salesman wasn't available...I called Thursday and the finance guy began yelling at me over the phone...he intrrupted me, and called me stupid. He said he did not understand what I was having a problem with, as he explained everything to me I told him I wasn't going to argue with him, I was just trying to understand the situation and that I would be back to the dealership later that day, or Fri.

I went Friday,& brought someone, spoke to the sales manager, the salesman, and the finance guy: nothing was accomplished: I was offerd $100 and told my lawyer had to talk to their lawyer: So, at "their" suggestion: I have spoken to a lawyer :-)

I have filed a complaint with Toyota's National Customer Relations Center in Torrance CA; the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General....so far

*** Stay away from this dealership: Especially if you are female ***They lied, they were abusive, they bullied. It's disgusting to me how I was treated.

JP MORGAN CHASE, BEAR STEARNS, & others have all been 'INFORMED' that 'SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES' were being taken out on their lives, without their knowledge? You can 'Google' this- BANK OF AMERICA COMPLAINTS SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES, and read how these Publicly Held banks, who received TAXPAYER'S money, were collecting the benefits when these people DIED! WOW! The banking industry seems to be just as CORRUPT as the auto industry, wouldn't you agree? Did you 'Google' this- AUTO DEALER LOUIS F HARRELSON TO PLEAD GUILTY, and read it yet? Imagine if ALL Toyota dealerships in the USA were also being investigated by the FBI, like Mr. Harrelson's dealership. WOW! That could be very troublesome for Toyota & their network of dealers all over the USA, huh? Make sure to 'Google' all of the following and watch them on the web- THE OBAMA DECEPTION INSIDE THE MELTDOWN THE ASCENT OF MONEY PBS FRONTLINE THE MADOFF AFFAIR 9/11 PRESS FOR TRUTH AMERICA: FREEDOM TO FASCISM FRONTLINE BREAKING THE BANK PBS BUSH'S WAR YOUTUBE CONDOLEEZZA RICE LIAR DID SPECULATION FUEL OIL PRICE SWINGS CHINA INVESTMENT AN OPEN BOOK *Good luck to you! REFLECTION OF OUR ENTIRE ECONOMY IN THE USA. It's based almost entirely on LIES, DECEPTION, GREED, MANIPULATION, TRICKERY, FRAUD, CORRUPTION, & the CONSTANT PURSUIT TO FINANCIALLY INJURE THE INNOCENT PEOPLE IN THE USA! The TOP executives at Toyota Corporation KNOW what's taking place at their dealer network! They obviously support the way business is conducted in the USA, and will even 'cover-up' the FRAUD, DECEPTION, & all the other elements mentioned above, in order to continue selling & leasing their vehicles in the United States of America. Watch where Toyota's stock will be trading around mid November of this year. You see, Toyota's sales are down, and they've made many JOB CUTS in order to try & stave-off the losses that they are realizing. Toyota Corporation LOST over $4 BILLION in fiscal 2008!!! Without SALES, their stock will go lower in the coming months, & in the coming years. Toyota is being EXPOSED all over the WORLDWIDE WEB and consumers are now finding out about the way they do business, & the TRUTH about their vehicles! 'Google' this- ENGINE SLUDGE, and go to the consumeraffairs website about 'Toyota Engine Problems' and read all of them. Make sure to click on- 'Airbags' and read all of those complaints too! ***Remember- 'Exposure is a corporation's WORST fear.' - Harvard Business Professor, 2004. 'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT FUEL FREEDOM INTERNATIONAL MPG CAPS, and go to the 'Update' entitled- 'Blame it on a Lawyer' to read that quote, & others by the Harvard Professor. Look at the date of that 'Update'. It was posted when the Dow Jones was around 14,000 in the summer of 2007!!! Read the last thing posted in that 'Update'. IT CAME TRUE, DIDN'T IT? GOOD LUCK TO YOU! WELCOME TO AMERICA- IN FRAUD WE TRUST!

Don't Give In!!

Informer, Stay focused on your fight. It appears that someone, somehwere, has begun looking into this dealership. They are now trying to follow up with their customers on service, they are trying to delete negative comments about their dealership from the internet, and they are registering on web sites so they can respond to comments left. I think it's too late!! They will continue to harrass customers to get their sales until we stand up to them. Thank you for being strong enough to take them on! The problem with dealerships is that they are commission based, which makes their sales teams very dishonest in order to get a sale. Don't give in!!

I never sign anything w/out reading it!! EVER...which is how all of this began. What I was not understanding was that I was able to walk out- at anytime- The finance guy told me that once I had started signing paperwork, the sale was final....so I have learned that huge lesson :-) I'm happy with the car!!! I did not have the 1st page: financial/bill of sale page at first...so when I asked for it, and saw the numbers did not match what was discussed, I got up to walk out.....but was told the sale was final...so I stayed :-( The local BBB HAS helped my case: if nothing else to prove the shadyness of this dealership. And the State Attorney General has enough evidence from me, and several others' regarding the unethical selling practices of this dealership. Also, I have hired a contract lawyer, who will be taking the dealership to court on a personal level for me: fraud charges (many things illegal about my contract) So, sometimes, it DOES pay to be an assertive female :-) I am not stupid, nor am I a timid female: ** You made the same assumption the dealership did ** Learn from this :-)

Why Did You Sign If You Were So Unhappy??????

#7Consumer Suggestion

Sun, July 12, 2009

You can do whatever you want to "spead the word" but, if you were NOT satisfied with the figures, then WHY did you sign the paperwork? DID YOU EVEN READ WHAT YOU SIGNED before you signed it? They didn't pick your signature out of the sky. You signed something and apparently you didn't read what you were signing! What can be done now? Nothing! Unless you can demonstrate in a court of law they forged your signature, there's NOTHING you can do! You could have DONE IT earlier by READING what you were about to sign. forget the BBB. The BBB is a SCAM operation that sells "accreditations" to anyone with the money. The BBB doesn't care about you and the BBB wants you to think they are some part of the government, when they aren't. The BBB makes tons of money with their ON GOING scams and bogus "accreditations". There is a BRIGHT SPOT...if you choose to reach out and take it. It is this FACT: Never, ever sign any piece of paper unless and until you read every word, check all the figures and understand exactly what you are reading.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS in Torrance California has known for years about the way Toyota customers are being treated. They obviously APPROVE of the unethical sales tactics that their dealers use on their customers. It's just the way business is conducted at most Toyota dealerships. Spread your story all over the WORLDWIDE WEB! Put it at TWITTER, FACEBOOK, MYSPACE, & anywhere else you'd like. Also, contact the bank where the dealership sent your loan and get COPIES of everything from them. IF any of the loan papers that you get from the bank DON'T match-up with what you signed, then you might have a WAY OUT OF YOUR LOAN, correct? Make sure that all signatures match-up with yours, and check the CREDIT APPLICATION and make sure that your 'MONTHLY INCOME' wasn't altered in any way. Also look at the 'EMPLOYMENT' area on the CREDIT APPLICATION and check to see if everything is true & accurate! There's a chance that the CREDIT APPLICATION was altered, or even FORGED by someone at the dealership!!! Also check to see if an EXTENDED WARRANTY was put into your loan WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. *Good luck to you! P.S. 'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT TOYOTA TOYOTA TARGETING WOMEN TORRANCE CALIFORNIA, and read that Rip Off Report from 2007. Then 'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT LARRY MILLER TOYOTA SHOWS NO SIGN OF RESPECT, and read Carol's Rip Off Report. She claims that FORGERY took place in regards to her loan in her Rip Off Report, correct? Thank you.
