Owlsand I ordered a scooter from them, they said it would be here in 7-15 days, been 17 days, when I tracked package it is still in Los Angeles California
I ordered a mobility scooter from them and they advertised it would arrive in 7-15 days, it is day 17 and the mobility scooter is still in Los Angeles, CA when I tracked it, I either want a refund or my scooter within 2 days.

I had ordered a soalar generator from owlsand recieved ink pen for $68.00 do not buy from this company.
