I called to make an appointment to visit my child. A woman named Emily told me that I no longer had to make an appointment and did not have monitored visits anymore. So, the next day I went to see my child during visiting hours. The receptionist told me that Emily gave me false information, and I would not be able to see my child.
Two weeks ago, I had an appointment to see my child at 12 noon. I arrived on time and checked in with the receptionist. I signed the time I arrived. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. I went to the desk to inform the receptionist that I had been waiting for quite some time. She finally told the cottage staff where my child was at. As I went to the cottage, a woman from the Dark Nation told me she was sorry that she forgot to inform the cottage I had arrived for my visit.
