Nelnet Student Loan Forgiveness Company said loan was forgiven. Atlanta Georgia
I went through all of the necessary procedures and protocols to have my student loan forgiven. This company gave me my loan forgiveness documents via mail. Then, they didn't remove the information from my credit report. Now, they are saying that I was never approved.
