Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

The manager named Victoria Porras at Neiman Marcus is clearly a bigot and she does care for black clientiele. She banned me from their online store after they made a delivery error which I have video proof of and a statement from Fedex proving this as well. I sent all of this information to the Neiman Marcus executive team, but I guess they are too above black people to actually care enough to fix the wrong they caused.

Instead, they would rather lie and ban me to cover this all up. It is sick and twisted what they are trying to do. No one should shop their unless they wanna risk being scammed and discriminated against. No wonder they are going bankrupt.

Oh yes when all else fails go to the "personal" attacks.

So why would I only video the empty box?

- Why would you do a video of you "unboxing" the item? How about posting this video? Do you do that with every item you receive?

Even though you have been asked numerous times you have NOT answered specifically how you were discriminated against. You come here posting as "black man", but now it isn't about your race? If the discrimination wasn't your race then what was it?

I posted this review to make people aware of the experience of discrimination and poor customer service I had at Neiman Marcus.

- This MAY be a case of Poor Customer Service, but that does NOT make it discrimination. You have again FAILED to answer any question as to what you wanted them to do and what they were offering to do.

You as someone who was not involved in the situation cannot sway or change what actually happened based

- Not trying to do that, but you are refusing to answer questions to tell us what actually happened. If you chose to ignore it then that is totally fine. As you said everyone you wrote this for in addition to seeing your post will see your refusal to give any specifics.

It is really very simple for you.  Post what they specifically did that proves you were discriminated against.  What you were asking them to do and what they were offering to do.

You are very uneducated

Discrimination is not solely based on race first off. Second, the video I took was of me showing there was zero tampering with the box and also me unboxing it live on video. So why would I only video the empty box? If you are going to send rebuttals that make no sense then please save your time and enjoy your New Years. As I told the other person, if you reply with the same question which I’ve already answered you will be ignored.

I posted this review to make people aware of the experience of discrimination and poor customer service I had at Neiman Marcus. You as someone who was not involved in the situation cannot sway or change what actually happened based on your clear biased towards a company who could care less about you. Enjoy your New Years!

A Fourth Question

#4Consumer Comment

"They claimed to have sent the items but that was untrue as the FedEx manager notated on a case I currently have opened."

That is not an accurate statement. The case states your claim that the items were not sent but does not state that the items were not sent.

You dodged two of my three questions.

Specifically, what was misread?

Nothing was misread

We only read what you post and nothing you posted shows that you were discriminated against.

You failed to answer what specifically they did to discriminate against you, or how they knew your race from an online order.

As for your evidence. The only thing the video could show in your scenario is you showing an empty box after you opened it. Which does not prove anything. FedEx has no idea what is inside the box, so they can't make any claims that what was in the box doesn't match the weight.

The typical comment that you aren't going to post any info is standard when someone doesn't really have a valid complaint. YOU posted the original complaint and didn't seem to care about your open dispute at that point. It is only when you were questioned on your inconsistencies that you all of the sudden care about it. The same people you say you wrote this post for, will also see your refusal to answer the very simple questions.

Look you MAY have had a valid complaint if you didn't get an item. However, once you start adding in all of these extra excuses with no proof your credibility goes down to zero. One other item you didn't post, is how did you want it resolved? What was their specific response? Even if it wasn't what you may have wanted, what did they offer to do?

They did not send anything but an empty box? Therefore the box was sent with NO ITEMS. Which means the items were NOT SENT. Can you read? If you ask me the same question I will not reply as this is the second time I have answered it.

You misread everything

They did not send any content with the box. The box was delivered but was empty upon arrive. They claimed to have sent the items but that was untrue as the FedEx manager notated on a case I currently have opened. The FedEx manager said the weight that they sent it at was not consistent with the weight the item was supposed to be at. The only contradiction is from a typo I made by mistake so there’s no need to be hostile and tell others how they should and shouldn’t feel. Have a nice day miss.

A typo

It was a typo clearly and they do not allow you to edit on here but clearly you are being hostile for no reason. I posted this to let people know that they discriminate against minorities and I have a recorded call of that. That is all of the info I will provide as I am currently in a dispute with them. Have a nice day miss.

Contradiction

#9Consumer Comment

Your entire report is a contradiction of your own statements.

You stated that they lied about sending you your items, but then you say you have video evidence. How could you have video evidence of something that wasn't sent? If FedEx sent you a statement it would either be that they delivered the item, in which case NM did send you your item, or that they delivered it to the wrong address, which would mean that FedEx was at fault.

You also have not posted anything that shows you were discriminated against in any way.

So what is the full story.

"The manager named Victoria Porras at Neiman Marcus is clearly a bigot and she does care for black clientiele."

That statement implies that she cares for blacks but not other minorities, which in turn directly contradicts the remainder of your complaint.

What are the details of the delivery error? Why do you claim discrimination? How did they know your race from an online order?
