Mytek Digital, LLC, aka MyTek Audio, Michal Jurewicz Mytek Audio President, Founder and Chief Designer, Damian Mosiolek NON- DELIVERY of Merchandise wont REFUND Brookly NY
Mytek Digital, Brooklyn NY posted on their website & started accepting Pre-Orders for Brooklyn Bridge II March 2021 they claimed the item would ship in 4-6 weeks from date of payment. I made $4244 payment to Mytek Digital received April 28, 2021.
Over course of last (15) months no one at Mytek has ever made an attempt to update me Via email or phoned me on my order. I called Mytek several times however, their voicemail system full so that leaving messages impossible. Over course of last (15)+ months I sent Mytek Digital more than 50 emails of which only 4 were answered.
The few replies I received were recent, all of which were stalling tactics to convince me I should wait & shouldn’t seek refund OR trying to convince me to accept entry level products merchandise I did Not order or want.
As of August 21, 2022 I have made FIVE written requests for refund of my money starting back in early June 2022. Each time reply was more stalling tactics .i.e. “It will only be another Month” I spoke with FTC, BBB, and NY State Attorney Generals office early July they suggested making written formal requests for refund before filing complaints in hopes Mytek Digital would simply return my money – They have Not!
I have since filed w/several governmental agencies even so as of 08/21/22 still No Refund!
Mytek Digital, its employees, including but not limited to Damian Mosiolek, Michal Jurewicz President/Owner are Liars & they essential have stolen money under false premises which is Fraud. More victims are posting on Audio forums I am communicating w/several on Roon Labs website one ordered a $20,000 component(Empire processor) he wired $10,000 to Mytek.
He too is without product or his money. The worse part is Mytek never had parts to build Brooklyn Bridge 2 or Empire and in email (copied below)from Michal Jurewicz admitted they still do not have necessary parts to deliver these items that didntr stop them from taking people money under fraudulent conditions

However this would have to be in next 2 weeks when we start selling the Empire Streamer because our cash flow was horrible in June and July.
We are committed to our dealers and Im sure Kevin will be getting his refund soon or we could immediately provide other equipment of similar value like several of the Liberty DAC.
As it stands now we will have BBridge in 4 weeks.
We started making them but it is coplex , we are still ammending parts etc. But its coming along well, great product, Roon core plus great DAC

I have been more than patient, given Mytek every opportunity to dfeliver on their promises yet at every time I spoke w/Damian Mosiolek or Michal Jurewicz they have lied. The only acceptable solution is an immediately refund Of my $4244.

August 24, 2022 I spoke w/PayPal at length today they are unable to process refund after 180 days as I thought before I called but, figured since Michal Jurewicz has NOT RETURNED MY MONEY I am open to trying anything that might help It has been (16) months since the original & first of many LIES that Mytek Digital had merchandise being built/completed ready to ship & shipping soon and as of August 31, 2022 its now three months since I submitted written request for refund.
For whatever reason Michal Jurewicz cant/wont refund my $4244.00 He decided to send (2) small payments whose dollar amounts don’t correspond to any factor relating to my purchase one 08/27/22 in amount of $970.10 other 08/28/22 in amount of $1088.45 – in total this represents less than half of my money.
Please let me add if ANYONE reading this post fell for Mytek Digitals 'Pre-Order’ scam feel free to communicate directly with Attorney General’s office, NY. in their Brooklyn Regional Office. In my compliant I explained my experiences as well as explained I knew there were other victims that are charged that did not receive merchandise Call 718-560-2040 ask for James Sfiroudis the Reference file # is 22-039050
