I have seen some really nasty people to deal with but when you buy a product from a company directly like I did here with a brand new scanner and had nothing but trouble with it the entire time I had it. I made many, many calls on my own dime it wasn't till I complained they gave me an 800 number which you wait for hours for them to answer. Then they will do anything to talk you out of returning the scanner. He sent me software it is all old and outdated and no matter how much I told them that it does not work and only shows up green they would still not give me a return number.

I sent it back to them and they refused it after they opened it and I know this due to the packing being different. The main office people management, I sent a letter to explaining how this scanner was my worse nightmare and dealing with there company also and to please help me with this it is still under warranty. Well they didn't respond either so now I spent over 200.00 for a scanner that never worked and nothing to show for it but a box sitting there with return to sender.

I was nice to them each time you know that sugar and honey you get more done well they don't know the difference they treated me the same even when I was angry. Never again Mustek never again.
