Complaint Review: Mobile RV Repair LLC Largo Florida - Largo Florida

Hired Neil & Dave Ledford aka Ledford Mobile RV Repair to (1) install new Thetford Aqua-Magic Style II to replace the same style toilet in my Motorhome.  Strictly a plug & play for any *EXPERIENCED* RV Repairman. Also hired to (2) install a replacement return reservoir for my Diesel Engine, (3) paint a water pump on the engine, (4) switch out two batteries, and (5) bolt a broken piece on my front door. Only two items were done CORRECTLY, (2) & (5)! The toilet was TOTAL INCOMPETENCY, the gasket was misapplied on the floor instead of the toilet and the protective packing in the toilet opening was never removed...restricting flushing SEVERELY! The reservoir was another plug & play and 10 out of 14 screws were missing after installation, plus it leaked. The toilet flushed, but that evening, because of the lodged packing, the TOILET CLOGGED and was leaking! Turns out the gasket had moved causing the leak. They charged $547 for the toilet rated at .92 hrs) & $392 for the reservoir which he spent a total of 2 hrs on both.  Was only here for 3 hrs.  Bill after playing DISCOUNT GAMES was $1050...RIDICULOUS! Cost me $90 to get a 2nd NEW TOILET INSTALLED BY COMPETENT FIRM! When I called that evening to report the problem, Neil said it had to be my problem because when they left ALL WAS GOOD!  I told him that I was a DISABLED VETERAN & NEEDED THE TOILET FIXED.  He said he had folks with Diabetes, Refrigerator Problems, A/C Problems ALL AHEAD OF ME and I HAD TO WAIT 2/12 DAYS.  I am a 50% Disabled DUE TO AGENT ORANGE IN VIETNAM causing subsequent Prostate Cancer.  The Radiation Treatment attacked my GI track and caused the DISABILITY that requires immediate urination and movements, but NEIL said that I was MENTALLY ILL IF I URINATED IN A CUP AND DEFECATED IN A GROCERY BAG DUE TO HIS LACK COMPASSION & COMPETENCE! I DID THIS FOR 2/12 DAYS OUT OF NECESSITY THANKS TO THIS INGRATE...UNBELIEVABLE ARROGANCE, SLANDER/LIBEL! CRIMINALS & CON ARTISTS!  NEIL ARRESTED FOR FELONY 3RD DEGREE ON 11/01/2022 BY PINELLAS COUNTY FOR ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON ON AN *UNARMED ELDERLY WOMAN*! PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA POLICE REPORT 22-009787.

our company had hired neil to fix one of our jacks on a trailer. Since he was already on the property he agreed to stop by and have a look at it. no price or service charge mentioned. he agreed to fix the jack. No mention of price was ever talked about and we received an invoice for over $1000 to fix a $275 jack. I assumed this was an hour fix at the most. if not the jack should be thrown in the garbage and a new jack installed. To much time was spent on fixing something that was not worth fixing and his price of $175/hr and $175 service charge should have been explained and agreed to on our side. Neil has no issue sending outragous invoices for work that was never agreed to then putting a contractors lean on your trailer, taking possesion of it unitll you either pay or dispute it, wich could take several months if not years. I recommend proceeding iwth caution if you decide to work with neil and his company
