I ordered three sets of Miracle Blade III knives from Miracle Blade, aka Sylmark. I put the order on rush delivery, as one set was a wedding present, and one was a birthday present, the third was for me. I was told at that time that as soon as MY check(I paid $104.80 via "check by phone") cleared, it would be shipped out, but I could expect it to be shipped out within a couple of days, and should receive the package within 5 to 10 business days.

I contacted the company approximately a week and a half later, to inquire about my order status, only to find out that my check had just cleared my bank, and was told it would be shipped out shortly. I again contacted the company a couple of days later, only to find out that they were waiting on the check to clear their bank, even though the money had already been decucted from my account.

After numerous(15+) times contacting the company to find out why my order had not been processed, I was told it would ship out on the 30th, or at the LATEST, the 31st of October. I called on Oct. 31st AND Nov. 1st to inquire if it had been shipped yet, it had not!

On the Oct. 31st call, I was told it would ship shortly, and I requested that my order be cancelled, and my money refunded, they asked me if they could, to satisfy me, ship the order via UPS(Inited Parcel Service), no later than Nov. 1st.

I called on Nov. 1st to inquire, once again, only to learn that according to their service representative, it wouldn't ship out until Nov. 5th, election day! I called today, Nov. 6th, and my order has still not been shipped, and I demanded it be cancelled and my money refunded, and they informed me that they could not access my account.

I would like to receive either my full amount of money refunded, OR the order to be shipped via UPS and receive a tracking number.
