Midway Auto "Team Buyers Remorse Law" or "3 Day Cooling Off Period" Does not Exist in Arizona! Ripoff Phoenix Arizona
Do not bank on the government to step in and protect you if you buy a car in Arizona and are not happy with the deal or the car. There is no "Buyers Remorse Law" in Arizona, no 3-day waiting period either. You do not get a chance to "RETURN" a car to a car lot if you are unhappy with it or the deal.
We only a "Lemon Law" which applies to mechanical problems. If you were ripped off on your contract with the dealership, it is up to you and only YOU to go back to the dealership and beg for a better deal. They do not HAVE to do anything for you! That is where they get you! You are at their MERCY! Beware!!!
Make absolutely sure that you want this deal before signing anything! You are not liable to go through with the contract until you sign the paperwork in the finance office! You can walk out at any point up until they have your signature agreeing to the terms in their sales contract!
If you want to go home and think about it or go some where else~ DO IT! This is still America and we have the right to do whatever we want! We are aloud to change our minds and we shouldn't be BULLIED into purchasing anything, from a pair of shoes to a house to a car!
Think about what you are doing! This is a major purchase item and you should be perfectly clear on the terms of the contract, interest rate and what you are entitled to BEFORE signing any paperwork! If they will not give you back your car keys when you say you want to leave (if you have a trade in), call a cab, tell them you will come back whenever they feel they are capable of returning your property.
Or better yet, call the Police and tell them the salesman is creating a hostile environment for you and you just want your car keys back and you want to leave! Do anything you can if you feel you are being harrassed and bullied by these salesman who have no morals and are completly self-serving! Heck, call me and I'll come pick you up!
