In mid September 2021 I noticed a For Sale listing on Ebay Motors placed by a Michael Daddio of New Port Richey, Florida who claimed the car belonged to his wife who he stated in a text to me to be named Erika and the listing was for a 2006 Mustang GT with under 90,000 actual miles. I am copying and pasting the actual listing so no mistakes or misrepresentations by me are made within this complaint.....
2006 FORD MUSTANG GT - AUTOMATIC - 1 OWNER - 88K MILES - AMAZING CAR I decided to list my wife's 2006 Mustang due to buying a newer GT350 sadly this car must go. Let me start by saying this is probably the cleanest 2006 GT you will ever find on the market considering the year. The car is in excellent shape inside and out and has spent 90% of its life in the garage. The paint is in excellent shape, interior is clean and has never been smoked in or had any pets inside.
Rear seats have never even been sat in, the top is in great shape and does not leak. The power top goes up and down as it should and does not need any repairs at all. The car is 100% turn key, this is the perfect head turner weekend cruiser or daily driver for someone. This car is all stock not a single modification, it was babied and driven with care. It was mostly serviced by ford and a local reputable shop and oil was changed like clock work we have all the documentation for that. The tires are in great shape I would say about 75% if not more.
The Engine is smooth, no weird noises and powerful it has a nice mustang rumble when you step on the pedal you know it is a V8. The Transmission shifts perfect threw all of the gears with any issues, the car is very reliable and can be driven anywhere. It does not leak or burn any fluids at all, overall the car is in excellent shape all around with the exception of basic normal wear.

Since the Car was Delivered from Florida to Texas
The car arrived after I wired $12,500 to the checking account furnished to me by Michael Daddio and I also paid the transport company an additional $1,000 for a total of $13,500. I was in pure Shock and Dismay when I first saw the transport guy have to jump start the completely dead vehicle so he could remove it from the transport and then I noticed the car had been repainted with flaws and runs all over the body and it had a terrible musky order in the interior as if it was a flood car.
Then to make matters much worse, the title work came in the mail separately and it was titled in the name of a Tom Pappas who I had no previous contact with.
I IMMEDIATELY contacted Michael Daddio and stated that I wanted to return the vehicle as it was nothing like advertised and it was registered in a name I knew nothing about. He told me that person is his Father-In-Law who supposedly gave the car to his daughter who is supposedly this Erika person that I also had no dealings or contact with.
Since September 20, 2021 when I wired the funds to Michael Daddio, he refuses to do anything and told me to go "F" myself and to enjoy my car.
I've notified the Florida DMV of what I consider as Title Jumping which is a illegal offense in all (50) States because the car is registered and titled in a persons name I had no contact or dealing with nor is it titled in Michael Daddio's supposed wifes name "Erika" who he used as the person he was selling the car for in his Ebay Motors Sales Listing.
I am now stuck with what I feel is a poorly rebuilt car that needs a Battery, Battery Terminal and Alternator as well as serious Body and Paint work to make as advertised and then I don't know how the car runs nor how to transfer the title from a person I've never dealt with to myself.
I even made a Final Offer to eat $1,500 of the $13,500 I am out if Michael Daddio would simply wire $12,000 back to me and have the vehicle picked back up and returned to him.
He again told me to go "F" myself and refuses to do anything.
My Advise is Steer Clear of this Con Artist especially if and when you see any vehicles being sold by him, his wife, Erika or whoever Tom Pappas is.

If you have a Retirement Account (401K, IRA) or any money invested in the stock market, get it out NOW! A massive Global Economic Collapse is going to take place in the very near future. All stock markets on Planet Earth will crash. All Bond Markets will crash. The $700+ Trillion Derivatives market will implode. It’ll make the September 2008 crash look like a picnic.
There will be a Global Depression that will last for many years. Nothing will be able to stop what’s about to happen. Fraud, greed, deception, manipulation, trickery, deep corruption, and the constant pursuit to financially injure the innocent people living in America and all over the world has destroyed the fabric of society and will soon take down every economy in the world. You "suffered” your loss because YOU failed to use COMMON SENSE and sent off your money to buy a used car YOU NEVER SAW! Of course they should have been honest. However, anybody with half a brain would have NEVER done anything as dumb as buying a used car sight unseen!!!

I certainly don't ask for your sympathy but your making me the Guilty party makes it look like you are siding with the party that committed illegal activites while completely misrepresenting their Vehicle which by the way wasn't even registered or titled to them to sell.
My posting was to make innocent people aware to steer away from this person so they wouldn't get cheated as I did.
Ebay Motors sells Millions of vehicles throughout the USA as well as Internationally and 90% of the buyers rely upon people being honest in their representations as well as being legally able to in fact sell the vehicles they list.
Yes, I relied upon a person that had a 100% rating on Ebay Motors and had never had a complaint so I saw no reason to not deal with this person.
I've bought and sold many many vehicles throughout the years using Vehicle Sales media sources and had for the most part good luck because most people are honest in my opinion.
The pandemic in case you haven't heard has caused more and more people to order on line and through the internet and buying and selling vehicles this way is no different.
I've learned througout the years that if you don't have something good to say to people then perhaps you should simply mind your own business.
In conclusion, I suffered the loss not because of my ignorance or because I deserved to be scammed but because someone broke many state and interstate laws and will most likely get away with it because of people like you that believes that the person that is taken advantage of somehow deserved it instead of holding the party who perpetrated the illegal acts accountable.
You have a nice weekend and the rest of your life but kindly mind your own business.

I’m sure you had in mind a list of "requirements” for this car before you bought it. You wanted a car which ran decent and had all the other normal attributes. Here’s how YOU ensured that: YOU NEVER took this thing on a test drive; NEVER heard the engine run nor felt the transmission shift. YOU NEVER checked for body damage, rust or imperfections.
YOU NEVER checked the interior for damage; YOU NEVER checked each and every accessory for operation. Instead, YOU BLINDLY sent off your money to somebody you don’t know to buy some used car you’ve NEVER SEEN! You rely on pictures on a screen, words on a screen and maybe a voice on the phone! Oh yes, there is help for you! You need to get yourself a keeper and have your money managed by a fiduciary who will provide you with a few dollars per week of spending money since you have shown you have ZERO COMMON SENSE.
There are very few things more stupid than somebody sending off their money to buy some dumb used car, sight unseen on the internet then come here to cry and whine because you allowed them to rip you off because YOU opened the door to such a dumb, stupid, ludicrous transaction! Quick. Get yourself a keeper as soon as possible before your incredible lack of common sense costs you even more money!
