I left our 45' class A for service. It set there for months with know thing but excuses. I was told I needed front end parts that after spending $1,800 to special order the parts, I did NOT need. The under dash AC was not staying on with passenger side controls. They charged us to locate and repair, claiming a vacuum hose came off under the dash. In the past year we drove the coach 2 times and both times AC problem was still there. We took coach to a truck mechanic and spoke to Newmar and found out the under dash AC does NOT work on vacuum. I requested MHSRV contact me to find out what they were willing to do about there dishonesty but they would not respond. I had to go to MHSRV in person and was told it was past 90 days, they refused to correct there incorrect and dishonest services. BUYER BEWARE!! THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. VERY DISHONEST.
