Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Metro PCS was taken over by T-Mobile not to long ago. T-Mobile since they have taken over, has done everything from pressuring customers to switch to T-Mobile, to purposely throttling customers internet from 5G to 3G, and lying to the customer, that it's their own equipment, to trick them out of services, they do not want to pay for.

If you get free Amazon Prime, or Unlimited data, or both, this past week you may have had data issues where 5G isn't working, despite the fact your paying for it.

Your not alone. This isn't even equipment issues. Thousands are calling, getting the run around and being told that it's their phones at fault. It's not. T-Mobile had deliberately throttled and remotely shut this service off for Metro PCS customers. You can easily verify this fact, by using a rooted phone that they can't disable like their store purchased ones. They are doing this to force the customer to sign up for T-Mobile, and drop Metro PCS which they at this time, have been paying for Free Amazon prime, and playing with your service, so you will want to quit, and save them from a possible class action, which most likely will happen anyways, after the public is fully made aware of their actions.

I myself, will most likely file in small claims, as in California, Attorneys aren't allowed in small claims by either party, and that alone, cripples those huge corporations who rely on their expensive retainers, and puts them on equal footing. Doesn't mean they won't try. If your in California, and do the small claims route, always ask during proceedings, If the plaintiff is an Attorney. This isn't a thing they can easily lie about, as if they do, and will be caught, almost always results in a disbarment.

Take screenshots of your phone daily, where it shows the date and time, and the (E) symbol, that shows they shut 5g internet service off. Make sure to disable WiFi when you do this, or you will not get the correct data information.

Looking forward to the fines they will most likely be stuck paying, let along all the refunds they will have to shell out for, for charging for services, they in fact are witholding.  It's going to be a lengthy process, but if you can hold out, don't let then trick you into changing services.

As the old adage goes, no cell phone service is completely worthless, they can always be used as a bad example :).
