I went to Mercedes Benz Of Coconut Creek to purchase  S550 Mercedes Benz Certified Pre- Owned. When I test drive the vehicle I notice the tire sensor was showing the tire need air on the driver side.

My car sale man informed me that all the tire need is some air.  When I went to sign my purchase documents “I was informed that the my vehicle is a CPO Is like purchasing  a new vehicle”.

After I pick up my vehicle on April 18,2018 Three days later As I was driving the car when I Apply on the brake the steering wheel and the cockpit vibrate.

I went back to the Merced’s Benz of Coconut Creek to informed them that I’m having issue with the vehicle. They informed me that I need to purchase brake and rotor for the car. A week later the same tire sensor is popping back on the dashboard. I spoke with the manager of Merced’s Benz of Coconut Creek he refused to replace my bad tire which they sold me with the car. Merced’s Benz of Coconut Creek  Tell you wht ever you need to hear to purchase a car from them however, they refused to stand behind there product. I will never buy another car from them!!!

As I was talking to the service guy another, customer came in saying they purchase a Mercedes Benz CPO from them a week ago. The turbo for the car is broken they are giving him the run saying is not covered under the CPO!!!!!!!

The tire sensor problem is no big deal. Those sensors go bad all the time. They are not worth the agravation. It does not mean the tire is bad. Like I said, those sensors are a KNOWN problem in all cars and are not worth worrying about. Oh get a good pressure gauge and measure the TP regularly when the tires are cold. However, what is a HUGE PROBLEM is how they LIED to you about the price of the car! The hit you up for a purely BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONEY FEE of about $800 didn't they? They gave this BOGUS FEE an official sounding name so as to DECEIVE you into thinking it was legitimate, which it isn't. Since this BOGUS FEE went entirely to this dealership and you don't get the car until you agree to pay this PHONEY FEE, the REAL PRICE of the car is the stated car price PLUS the PHONEY FEE. Rather than be HONEST with you about the price, they decided to DECEIVE you into thinking the car was $800 lower. Since this BOGUS FEE was disclosed on their website along with their made up official sounding name, they very blatantly told you up front they were LYING about the REAL price of the car, even before you walked thru the door! It's just another example of the stench filled Sleazy American Car Business...the most fraud/deception filled sector in retail!!!
