Melissa L Rohrer Attorney Extremely Sloppy Attorney. I question her ethics. She is not thorough and will go to court without checking the facts before reporting them to the courts. I sent her the photos of me being attac=ked atnd assaulted, resulting in cuts and blood. Melissa Rohrer's direct reply. She told the Judge I cut the front of my 6-year ol;d daughter's hair off when in fact my daughter cut the haur off herself.
Showed a picture of my daughter and I taking a bath together when in fact this was not a true demonstration of what was happening.
Just an overall sloppy misrepresentation of the true facts. No ethics.

Is this an attorney that you hired to represent yourself, or the one hired by the other side? If it's the latter, then it's her job to do what you are describing -- present the evidence in the light most favorable to her client. Your attorney's job is to rebut her claims by calling witnesses, cross-examining witnesses and presenting your own evidence. Let me guess, you didn't hire an attorney and decided to represent yourself. That strategy pretty much never ends well.
