Terrible Experience with Maureen Bryant - Uncooperative and Unprofessional
Review: I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Maureen Bryant's web design services. My client and I have had a nightmarish experience working with her, and I feel it's important to share our story to prevent others from going through the same ordeal.
To begin with, Maureen was completely unwilling to cooperate with the transfer of my client's website. Despite my client owning the website, Maureen removed our access without any valid reason or explanation. This act alone is highly unprofessional and reflects a total disregard for the rights of her clients.
Furthermore, the situation escalated when Maureen decided to hold my client's domain hostage. She shamelessly listed herself as a part-owner of the domain, effectively tying the hands of Bluehost and preventing the transfer without her consent. It is outrageous that she would use such tactics to exert control over something that rightfully belongs to my client.
Communication with Maureen has been an absolute nightmare. She consistently ignores emails for weeks on end, leaving us in the dark and frustrated. When she finally decides to respond, it is usually to demand more money without any reasonable justification. This pattern of sporadic communication and sudden demands is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful to her clients.
I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid working with Maureen Bryant. Her actions have caused my client unnecessary stress, financial loss, and a significant waste of time. It is clear that she lacks basic ethics and professionalism in her business practices.
