Maturlsy I ordered some clothes and followed the tracking until it said they had been delivered The shipment was not delivered and the company say because it says so on their tracking site they will do nothing so I have paid and got nothing Abbeylands South suite 10542 Balmoral Industrial Estate
On January 2nd I ordered garments from Maturlsy
I kept an eye on the tracking details and noticed it went from leaving the sorting center ,the package is on its way to being delivered
I had not received anything so I contacted their helpline maturlsy@vmroh.
They have given me the runaround and basically said they are not interested in helping me find out where the goods are
I would appreciatwe it if someone would look into this as I said I am a pensioner and not a rich one so this is devastating for me
