So I get a call from Jason Watson Mason Holdings they have a buyer for my time share and want to know the details. I give them to them and they talked to the buyer buyer said 132000.00 if I I pay off the balance so I said I cant so they went back to the buyer and the buyer (SURE) came back with to other offers 30000 if they pay it off 100000 if I pay half (sure) so i said ill pay half. they had an attorney call me and someone from the resort call me to initiate a transfer.
Well along time ago i got a email from my resort saying that these were the only websites that the resort has so I checked and sure enough it was not listed. all they did was add the word resort in there. Them I checked the Whois registry and it was a GoDaddy registered domain (PRIVATE) and registered in 09/2020. the place has been around a lot longer than that but that domain could of been added . But i checked it was not. So there attorney sent me his documents one of them being a power of attorney (HA,HA,HA,HA) so I talked to him and said there will be no reason to sign the POA I will be coming to Mexico to finalize the transaction and I also don't know Mexico rules and I don't know you at all.
So then I get the transfer docs from the Resort (HMMMMM) so they had wiring instructions included for my half...made out to a company that as per google was permanently closed ... I sad WOW how can you send money to a closed agricultural business (TARLA DISTRIBUTORS INC.) which is not related to a time share. So that wiring info was going to USBANK obliviously this is a TOTAL SCAM. THESE PEOPLE ASRE CREATIVE BUT NOT CREATIVE ENOUGH>>>>
PLEASE PLEASE if someone calls you out of the blue DO NOT BELEIVE THEM. DO your DUE diligence if I wired that money it would of been gone and the banks fraud dept., said there would be nothing they could do about it. YOU WOULD LOOSE YOUR MONEY. By the way after the first call from Mason Holdings
I got three other calls from other timeshare resale companies
trying to do the same thing... HOW DO THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT>>>>>>> Good Luck >>>>> WATCH OUT

Here's a fool-proof way to know you are being scammed: someone wants to buy your timeshare. Timeshares are worth absolutely nothing; they are purely a scam. If you don't believe me, look on eBay -- when they do sell, it's usually for a nominal sum like one dollar, and usually they can't be sold even at that price. That's why they are only sold through high pressure sales seminars -- there is no market for them otherwise. Every "timeshare broker" or "timeshare buyer" or "timeshare resale service" is a scam.
