Martin Biallas (SEE Global Entertainment) LuminNight Festival Martin Biallas (CEO) Toni Combi (Accountant) Eric Leong Eric Cederwall (Project Manager!)

Was hired as a contract worker which was a true misclassification of the term. Contract employees do not have terms and hours dictated to them like I had. I worked over 100 hours including answering texts at phone calls at 2am.

Many other employees have also not been paid for services rendered. Sexual harassment at the site with women that were working there, including a sexual assault which I brought up to the owner Martin Billias who did nothing about it. No permits for his structures.

Structures were getting blown over in a storm which makes it extremely unsafe for families and children to be there. Martin and SEE Global Entertainment has taken advantage of every person who has been apart of putting this event on for him.

He had Chinese workers, who would get off of a flight from China and be put directly to work. Working 16-18 hour days, the true definition of slave labor. The working and living conditions for those who chose to stay on site are horrendous.

Drugs being sold out of the campers, no working water, heat, toilet, or showers in the RV's. Heat was provided by tiny space heaters purchased from Walmart. This man is a con man trying to make a quick buck without any consideration for the safety of its guests or workers.
