Mark Larson-Owner of Jim's Auto Sales Illegal Reposession of Vehicle / Larceny Rush City Minnesota
Bought this vehicle back in Nov. 2020 and in the first month the rear end went out in it. Owner purchased a used one finally after we didnt have the truck for 4 months. He only stated that the purchase was $500 without proof of purchase, he basically was double charging us to profit his pockets. After we got the truck back there was constant reoccuring problems with vehicle.
On Nov. 1st 2021 the truck was impounded and when my wife and I went to get the truck we came to find out that Mark had picked it up. He currently has the truck and wont give it back. We are up to date on monthly payments with a payment comin up on Nov. 20th 2021. This was an illegal reposession and a classic case of Larceny. On top of the illegal repo, my tools for work and my personal cell phone is in the truck which I need to communicate with my boss.
He refuses to give my belongings back or return our calls. Due to his unprofessionalism and greediness, I have lost my job because of no transportation nor do I have my cell phone to contact other companies to gain new employment. Any proof of these allegations are saved on my cell phone which the owner Mark Larson has and refuses to return.
