LUNATA COMMERCE PTE.LTD i order sneakers on 5/11. Tried to cancel twice as I realized they were from China and I knew they wouldn.'t fit or take too long to get her. Finally they replied with 3pages of returns statin you can cancel in 6 hours of placing your return. Well after waiting almost a month its too late to cancel.etc. HENDERSON NEVADA
Texts went back and forth and I realized I had no options only to suck it up. I wrote them and told them how displeased I was with the product not fitting and the quality etc. I hate the way these companies scam you online.
I have learned my lesson not to buy from companies selling from China. How can you cancel or return something you haven't yet received?
