EMPIRE TODAY CARPET IS LUNA CARPET, THEY DONT GO BY EMPIRE TODAY ANYMORE BECAUSE OF ALL THE COMPLAINTS, WE MADE A LARGE PURCHASE FOR A PAERTICULAR CARPET AND ON THE DAY OF THE INSTALL THEY SWITCHED THE CARPET AND STATED THAT THE CARPET WE ORDERD WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. THE SALES PERSON NEVER INFORMNED US OF THE CARPET CHANGE, INSTEAD PUSHED A SIMILAR BRAND ON US.
THE INSTALATION HAS BECOPME A NIGHTMARE, FROM CARPET TACS BULGING THROUGH, TOO CARPET BEING CUT TOO SHORT AROUND THE FLOOR VENTS , TOO STAIR CARPET BEING LITERALLY PIECED TOGHTHER , INSTEAD OF USING ONE PIECE. THIS IS GOING ON 6 MONTHS AND WE HAVE NOT STILL HEARD FROM THE COMPANY, WE HAV E SENT PICTURES OF THE INSTALL TO THE SALES REP LARRY KHATIB, WHO BY THE WAY IS A LIER AND A CON, WHO BASICLY TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD SUE THE COMPANY IF I HAVE ANY ISSUES.
RATHER THAN TRY TO FIX THIS ISSUE LUNA CARPET/EMPIRE TODAY KEEP IGNORING MY CALLS AND EMAILS. BUYER BEWARE EMPIRE TODAY/LUNA CARPET, GOOGLE EMPIRE TODAY AND YOU WILL SEE WHY EMPIRE TODAY CHANGED THERE NAME TO LUNA CARPET. BUYER BEWARE ,. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF GOING WITH HOME DEPOT OR LOWES, RATHER THAN A COMPANY LIKE EMPIRE TODAY AKA LUNA CARPET.
I SPOKE WITH A REPRESENTITIVE TODAY AND TO NO AVAIL HAS THIS ISSUE BEEN RESOLVEDE THATS WHY I AM TAKING THIS DRASTIC MEASURE TO ASSURE THAT NO OTHER FAMILY GETS SCREWED OUT OF THERE HARD EARNED MONIES. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CROOIKED COMPANY.

RECIEVED AN EMAIL FROM A PERSON NAME NELY LOPEZ , SHE SENDS EMAIL STATING THAT I CAN CALL HER ON A DIRECT LINE , WHICH IS (877) 241-5862 , THAT NUMBER LIKE THERE SERVICE IS USELESS. IT GOES TO A CALL CENTER IN TEXAS. IASKED FOR NELY AS INSTRUCTED IN EMAIL, AND I AM BEING TOLD
