Lume Deodorant They ripped me off! Order# S7643901 Date of order: 12/22/2022 Salt Lake City Utah
I placed an order for Lume Deodorant & #39;s starter bundle pack and charged me $37.86 for 4 items. & nbsp; & nbsp;
I only received TWO of the four items! The deodorant stick and the little travel-size body wash. & nbsp; & nbsp;
The other items: Lume lotion deodorant $19.99 and the cucumber wipes were NOT in my package. & nbsp; & nbsp;
I have tried numerous times to reach out to them by reporting a problem with my order and I have had NO response from them!! & nbsp; I send at least 5 reports to them about missing items from this order. & nbsp; They have yet to even respond to me to let me know anything. & nbsp; & nbsp;
They can either provide me with the rest of my starter order OR they can refund me the $19.99 plus tax for the lotion they didn & #39;t send. & nbsp; & nbsp;
I & #39;ve read countless other complaints since this happened to me. Other customers are complaining the products aren & #39;t as good as they & #39;re supposed to be. They complained of receiving the wrong items in their orders. & nbsp; So I posted on Facebook that I & #39;m filing a report here against Lume Deodorant. Maybe others will follow my lead. & nbsp; & nbsp;
I don & #39;t recommend anyone order from here. The company is very shady when they don & #39;t respond to customer reports that are filed right on its own website. It is a waste of money and time and energy to fight with scumbags such as these. & nbsp;
