Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I have been a Mercedes-Benz customer for over a decade. I have leased three new vehicles in as many years. I have NEVER had a worse experience with a dealer.

Due to a shortage of new vehicles I made the decision to buy-out my lease. I mistakingly thought going to a dealer might make the process easier.

My lease buy-out from MBFS was around 31K including tax. Adam Bachan and Danny Turcinovic sent me a buyers order for over 35K, which was 5k higher than my buy-out! I pointed this out and no one had a reasonable answer. But they sent me a revised agreement that was still around $800 over my lease buyout. I reluctantly agreed to the increase to just get the buy-out behind me. Then came the financing through MBFS. Danny (the finance manager) claimed that the 9.5% APR they offered me was because I qualified as Tier 2, despite having a 100% payment history across all my accounts. I then asked him for a copy of my MBFS credit approval and he refused to show it to me! I then pressed him, and he finally admitted he added financing points to the APR! If you don’t know, adding points to a loan is sadly legal; but it's also a despicable practice by dealers to make more money on car deals, and as you can see in some case they try to hide it from you.

Between the first purchase contract where they tried to over charge me by 5K over my lease buy-out, and then secretly adding financing points, I told them forget it. These are business practices you would expect from a used car lot, not a Mercedes dealership.

I would say to anyone reading this, BEWARE! These people (meaning Loeber motors and their agents) do not care about you. They care about making as much money as possible, anyway they can. I feel disgusted even writing this. The old cliche of a "sneaky" used car salesman is alive and well at Loeber Motors.
