Received defective product. Contacted seller, however went ignored. Then contacted seller via her social media as that is updated frequently, and my comments were deleted. Mind you, these were not defaming comments by any means, just that the product received was defective and I later was able to fix it myself, as a heads up for future productions.
Upon further following updates on her posts, any comments that showed up that weren't in her favor, were quickly removed. Goes to show you that this small business owner not only does not stand by the quality of her product, she also gives a rats a*s about what her consumers think, if it's not putting her in a good light.
