Complaint Review: Lindsay Erwin - phenix city Al

We had an accident on 11/11/2022 when a neighbor backed into us, while they were backing into their driveway. When the police arrived at the scene they walked to the at-fault driver first before talking to me. Even though I called the police because I was the victim! But the police had a change of heart when I showed them my dash cam video. 

They put the other driver at fault finally because I had a video! The police officer apologized to us for the first time ever for him being rough with us. But they are other officers now trying to harass us because they are disgruntled because we weren't to blame because there used to put the blame on women.

I still feel they hated putting the other driver at fault. His insurance will have to pay for both our damages. Because Ken davis wanted to put ashley and chaz hawthorne the victims. Even after they scream at me in front of my son & called me the B word. But it was illegal for my son to call ashley hawthorne the B word. Ken davis didn't charge her with a hate crime for telling me to send my mentally retarded son back to my home.  But the judge said I harassed her which is not true! Then he was telling her that she couldn't come to her own home because of me and she agreed! Wells fargo agreed with her that I was a threat to her.

When she was a threat to me and my son. The police ken davis nor the judge consider the hate slur she called my son. Or how they screamed to the top of their lungs alarming the entire neighborhood! Other neighbors have been trying to take the law into their own hands because of their lies about me and my son!

By backing out of their driveway causing me to hit them. And neighbors on summerset using their vehicles as weapons to murder me and my son.  

  Wells fargo let her get away with lying to close my checking account. Wells fargo weren't exercising their right before she lied & falsely called the police on me. It was all a setup by her & the other psycho criminal bimbos who were working at that wells fargo branch. Which is now closed forever!

The case should have been dropped because of how the police were laughing with the hawthones in front of our faces. The cops were having a good old time laughing at my mom. Then my mom received a text message telling me they were glad she was out of jail after my grandma complained to the city manager. Today the city manager submitted his soul to the mafia so we can't expect help from him anymore.

The mafia still run phenix city and I don't care to expose it, after how me and my mother have been treated. If they want to kill me fine I will get to heaven faster. But they are trying to make me live in misery as much as they can! 

The police can deny they take sides all they want.  They have no right to take away my freedom of speech. This is why ashley Hawthorne kept coming around us for the past 9 years. To try and get my mother in trouble again. She is no victim! we are! 

All businesses are corrupt in phenix city. I now don't trust that voting is fair in phenix city, since I found out a former phenix city police officer is the chairman. You know their crooked if they are a former cop. 

We have also been harassed during election times in phenix city. They kept harassing my mom to fill in who she wants to vote for. Well, she told them if she kept marking it will go through the paper. Then this one cop open the voting machine after I voted which was suspicious.

The people before me weren't being told to reduce it like how my mother was being treated like. No cop opened the voting machine but for my vote. Give a person a badge they run with it.

I have a right to hate the police! I don't care if they don't like me or not. This is why there is so much uproar about the police because of what they did to me and my mother. They side with the harassers. They are also friends with the mayor of phenix city on facebook. This is a conflict of interest.

  Ashley and chaz Hawthorne are no victims, We are! how dare they play victim after how ashley and chaz both called my mother the B**** but it was a crime for me to call her it. I have a right to still be angry and disgruntled against the police. They get away with this far too much!

The police said oh they figured out it was the B word. How could they say? But the police didn't take anything into consideration that she told my mom why don't take her mentally retarded son back into her home. Ashley Hawthorne acted completely innocent like the entitled soccer mom along with her own mom and father.

Her father wasn't going to teach me a lesson or bother me because I didn't do anything to them. The hawthornes didn't even know who we are, but to call me a hate slur like that. Then put my mother in jail for 24 hours and then the corrupt sheriffs ran me and my grandmother back for an hour only to tell us.

I kept quiet far too long about them making my mother suffer the way she did. Then demanding us not to sue them. They are very dangerous to the district attorney and police department. Everyone has something against me and my mother to try to make us suffer for no reason.

We had until 4:30 pm to pay the fine to get her out of jail. This was kidnapping to please ashley hawthorne.

Even the lawyer even said the phenix city police are stupid. They were down right felon criminals and the judge to with what they did to my mother.  Now, these neighbors on sommerset are throwing rocks at our car but I have a dashcam now. They wanted my mom to suffer in 2012 because I made a complaint against them and still trying to make my mother suffer.

These people are low-life scum and so are the police. The police are a bunch of PIGS too!

Neighbors are still falsely calling the police on us. But we are being harassed by our black neighbors now, and they mostly send black cops because my mother confronted them that its because she is WHITE and single, why we are being treated badly. The cops believe the lies that our neighbors say. But we have it recorded on our house cams how the police are hostile and ugly toward us and friendly with the enemy.
