This is company is not reputable and are downright fraudulent.
I ordered one lace wig from this company and they were quick to take my money but not so keen to send my product. It took over eight weeks to get this situation sorted out but luckily I received the $400 I initially paid back from my credit card company.
Once this Jessica/Linda takes your money she will no longer take your calls or respond to your emails.
After placing the order, Jessica told me it would take two weeks to get my wig styled and sent out to me. I rangher to request a tracking number which she did not provide and in fact Ive never heard back from her. Even though I left three voicemail messages plus one email she never contacted me back. I informed my credit card company and they attempted to contact her but after 45 days but they never heard back from her.
If authorities request my input I will do everything I can to see this woman exposed for the fraud she is.
This company takes the money of hard working people and never delivers. I dont know how this woman sleeps at night knowing she is a thief.
Please be aware that the Jessica and Linda are the same person.
I hope that no other people get scammed by Jessica/Linda of Labelle Diva Lace Wigs.
Ive now learned to research companies before I shell out hard earned money.
Stay far away from this company and if you have already gotten involved with them good luck getting your money back.
